RENTAL RATE SHEET -
Effective January 1, 2024
Resident Rate NON-Resident Rate
Kitchen $100.00 $100.00 plus deposit
Cafeteria $100.00 $100.00 plus deposit
Gym $100.00 $100.00 plus deposit
Classroom $100.00 $100.00 plus deposit
TERMS
1. Rates are per room for a maximum of 8 hours per day & now include trash removal.
2. Warren Township Residents are not required to make a security deposit. However, if rental facility and grounds are not returned to original condition, lessee will be billed $100.00 for cleaning.
3. A Non-resident security deposit of $100.00 per room is refundable after rental date if facilities and grounds are left in the condition required by the agreement.
4. Rental rates for Fund Raising Events are the same as above PLUS 10% of the Gross Receipts of the Event. The fund raising organization must provide Warren Township with a Certificate of Insurance. All food for any fund raising event must be kept in the kitchen, cafeteria and outside. No food is permitted in the gym.
5. A Rental agreement must be completed and submitted with payment to the Township Fiscal Officer (see rental agreement).
6. Call for availability before submitting rental agreement.
